These are the terms between you and fakeserver.net, operated by Pat Albert in Palm Desert, California. By creating an account you're agreeing to them. We've written them like we write everything: plainly.
fakeserver gives you AI helpers ("agents") that produce written work from your instructions — plus workflows, deliveries, team seats, an API, and connections to tools you choose to link. Plans and monthly run allowances are described on the pricing page; run packs add extra runs that don't expire.
What you put in is yours. What the agents produce for you is yours too — use it, publish it, sell it. We claim no ownership of your inputs or outputs. You give us just enough permission to store and process them to run the service for you.
Don't use fakeserver to break the law, infringe others' rights, harass people, send spam, generate malware, or attack the service itself. Connected accounts (your mailbox, your Vonage) must be yours and used within your providers' rules — carrier registrations and provider fees for your connected accounts are your responsibility. We can suspend accounts that abuse the service or other people.
We aim to keep fakeserver running well, and we maintain it actively — but it's provided "as is," without warranties, and occasional downtime or changes to features happen. If we ever discontinue the service, we'll give you reasonable notice to retrieve your work.
To the maximum extent the law allows: we're not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim is capped at what you paid us in the three months before the claim. Some places don't allow parts of this; where that's you, those parts apply only as far as allowed.
You can leave anytime (cancel, and email us to delete your data). We can suspend or close accounts that violate these terms — with notice and a chance to fix it, except where the violation is severe.
These terms are governed by California law. If we update them meaningfully, we'll change the date above and note it — continued use after that means you accept the update.
